Our research spans a number of sectors including health, community services, child and family support services, early childhood education and care, vocational education and training and schools.
Between us, we have experience across the program development cycle from research and design through to implementation, monitoring, review and evaluation. We work with clients to design or improve programs that are evidence-informed, underpinned by a robust program logic or theory of change, with progress tracked using a monitoring and evaluation framework.
As with our approach to research, we pride ourselves on conducting reviews and evaluations that offer clients practicable recommendations. We take care to understand our clients’ needs and resources, and tailor evaluation methods accordingly. Clients trust us to deliver evaluation reports that are easy to read, feasible to act on, and underpinned by a commitment to delivering benefits for clients and communities.
We are experienced in gathering feedback from vulnerable client groups, such as domestic and family violence survivors and people with intellectual disability, and doing so within an ethical research framework.
We are all experienced and confident facilitators, able to facilitate for a range of purposes including consultation, strategic and operational planning, research, problem solving and impartial brokerage of difficult conversations. Our repeat clients are testament to our skills in this area.
